Qualifications & Experience include 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors, proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support, strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
