Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Search Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in executive recruitment and work closely with clients to identify and appoint top-level executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough searches, assessing candidates' suitability for senior roles, and delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.

About the Role

  1. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  2. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable candidates for executive positions.
  3. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  4. You will also be expected to provide regular updates on search progress, share reports, and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
  • Administer psychometric assessments, interpret results, and create summary reports for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of executives into their roles and cultures.
  • Maintain accurate records of search progress, candidate evaluations, and client communications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Excellent planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in executive search is highly desirable.
