Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen our talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles through talent mapping and market analysis.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment strategies and vendor management.
  • Enhance our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.
  • Analyze and report recruitment metrics to management.
Qualifications & Experience:

7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors. Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills required.
