Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our volume hiring efforts for key positions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by identifying and attracting top talent.

  • This role will be responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that meet client needs and improve overall team productivity.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment processes, ensuring cost-efficient sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocols, assessments, background checks, and offer management.
  • In addition, they will provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and own the end-to-end recruitment process from initial approval to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and talent requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience, along with a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR data, and HR systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to think strategically, and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Talent Acquisition Experience: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, and providing guidance to hiring managers.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals and driving business growth through effective talent acquisition.
