Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As an Artist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional personalized attention to each creator or brand we work with.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent management and influencer marketing, and has a strong understanding of social media and influencer trends. You will be responsible for assisting in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

You will also support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
