  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Work with leaders to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Employee Development and Training:
  • Identify training needs and create learning programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Develop initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention.
  • Implement strategies to boost job satisfaction and overall well-being.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics and initiatives' impact to senior management.
  • Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience with strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
