We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the medical and retail nutrition space.

About the Role
  • This is a dynamic role that involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of medical sales representatives, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote plant-based nutrition products to doctors within the assigned city or region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Provide product information, educational materials, and training to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and usage of our products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the local market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.
  • Lead a team of medical reps for the area or region.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/Nutritional products, medical terminology, and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned city or region.
