We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our network of partner hospitals, and fostering strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, tenacity, and drive to seek new business opportunities. They will also possess commercial and negotiation expertise, as well as a goal-oriented approach to work.

Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital owners, influencers, and physicians
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor performance to stay ahead in the market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality customer experiences
  • Support the development of promotional events and CMEs to engage with prospective customers
  • Utilize online platforms to present product demos and educate prospects on how our solutions can address their business challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in concept/solution/SaaS/project sales
  • Familiarity with managing key stakeholders/KOLs, such as hospital owners, influencers, and physicians
