We are seeking an AdTech expert to drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies in the programmatic ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape and be able to design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels.
- They should also be skilled at monitoring eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.
This is a strategic role focused on platforms, integrations, and monetization levers across web, AMP, and mobile environments.

- Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes.
The AdTech specialist will lead the integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions. They will drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions and ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.
Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.
The ideal candidate will stay ahead of industry changes and run controlled experiments to scale successful ones.
