Required Skills and Qualifications- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize revenue growth and market share.

- Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
- Drive strategic sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
- Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
