Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow IT services and staffing accounts.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for owning key accounts, translating client goals into delivery plans, and ensuring timely delivery with sales and recruitment teams. You will also drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new logos.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. They will have proven revenue growth outcomes, strong stakeholder management skills, and contract management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own key IT accounts and develop strategies to grow them
  • Translate client goals into delivery plans and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand and improve time-to-fill
  • Track account health, pipeline, and forecasts, and flag risks and drive resolutions

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Contract management experience and working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
