Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Growth Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and customer engagement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder and leadership team to shape the direction of our growth engine. You will be responsible for designing and running experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more. You will analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.

You will also collaborate with our sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and pipeline goals. Additionally, you will build playbooks for repeatable demand generation engines and advise on when to transition experiments into dedicated channels and specialist hires.
