Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our digital agency growth initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across digital agency services and tech offerings.
  • Drive end-to-end new business pipeline management, from prospecting to closing deals with mid to large enterprise clients.

  • Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure smart hunting, consistent follow-ups, and target alignment.
  • Collaborate with business heads to shape revenue forecasts, go-to-market strategies, and productized service bundles.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with client decision-makers and monitor market trends to inform growth strategy.
