Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring personalized attention and top-tier service. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is proactive and able to maintain and expand relationships with high-end clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and tailored service.
- Act as the primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint and building trust through consistency and reliability.
- Provide consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products.
- Understand and convey product knowledge, including history, craftsmanship, and materials of fine jewelry, to showcase our expertise and add value to the client experience.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer custom solutions to clients, tailoring our services to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner, responding promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed client records to track preferences, special dates, and purchase history, ensuring seamless interactions and personalization.
- Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients, creating unforgettable experiences that foster loyalty and retention.
- Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer recommendations, proactively driving business growth and success.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by fostering client loyalty and retention, leveraging strong relationships to drive revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries, showcasing a track record of success and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude that prioritizes satisfaction and loyalty.
- A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred, but not required, as we are committed to supporting professional development and growth.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain client records, ensuring seamless interactions and efficient workflow.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus, but not required, as we provide training and support to ensure success in this role.
