The company's unique business model provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, changing the standard practice of involving middlemen in artisanal communities. It has a network of over 40,000 artisans across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India.

The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using fine wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is exported to more than 45 countries with sales operations in Georgia, Atlanta.

Job Responsibilities:

  • From a sales background, energetic, and passionate about luxury and design
  • Well-connected with IDA's in the region, able to network socially at events/exhibitions
  • Experienced in handling project business through architects and interior designers primarily in residential spaces
  • Able to understand requirements from interior designers and architects
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve company goals and customer expectations
  • Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or similar categories in design or luxury
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate in relevant fields: Business Administration, Design, Marketing, CRM preferred
  • Experience/knowledge of handling project business through architects and interior designers
