**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Liaison to manage sales and support operations. This role involves interacting with customers, managing inventory, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and support tickets.
  • Manage and run sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Carry out tasks as directed by senior management to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent, detail-oriented communication and follow-through on all customer interactions.
  • Assist in planning and execution of sales strategies to meet business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Inventory management tools, and Shipstation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in sales or customer support roles.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Experience with customer-facing communication across multiple channels.
