Business Technology Liaison Role

Job Description

As a key facilitator between business and technical teams, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements to ensure alignment with overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend and document business needs.
  • Create detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
  • Participate in solution design discussions contributing to brainstorming sessions for new business features.
  • Work closely with engineers to evaluate feature feasibility ensuring technical constraints are considered.
  • Support testing by coordinating with the testing team and resolving issues related to business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to track solution implementation progress.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations through UAT support.
Functional Skills:
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications and user stories.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle processes and database concepts.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and collaboration tools.
