MSP Liaison Specialist

The objective of this role is to act as a liaison between client hiring managers and suppliers, relevant Opco teams, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter requisitions into the vendor management system to efficiently manage the candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Opco teams for candidate matching and vendor management to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Provide first-level support for inquiries related to requisitions, candidate matching, supplier queries, and VMS queries to offer timely assistance

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using various software systems and tools to manage and track data, possess excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, and have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
