Job Role:

Customer Service Liaison

The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers through efficient resolution of their queries and issues.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, identifying and resolving technical problems, and meeting quality targets by delivering outstanding service.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional response to queries and concerns.
  • Resolution Rate: Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimum disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in international voice processes or customer service environments.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts across UK and US time zones.
