Job Title: Customer Service Liaison
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients and colleagues
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve front desk operations
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
