
Luxury Sales Professional

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the boutique’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients and utilize excellent sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales (INR 5L-50L).
- Develop and execute sales initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
