Job Title

As a dynamic and experienced retail leader, you will spearhead store operations and drive the success of our boutique.

  • End-to-end ownership of the store's sales performance
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients to close jewelry sales
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, setting clear goals to drive sales and profitability
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
  • Foster a positive work environment, motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Lead by example, engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness in the boutique
  • Manage staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage and meet customer demand
Requirements
  • An MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate degree
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management with at least 5 years of experience
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
