Job Role: Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for guiding our organization's strategic communication efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives.
