We're seeking a seasoned Learning Programs Director with extensive EdTech experience. The ideal candidate will have successfully managed student cohorts from onboarding to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead student batches end-to-end, overseeing classes, timelines, and outcomes for seamless delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain high student engagement, track progress, and intervene when necessary, ensuring successful program outcomes.
  • Support mentors in delivering high-quality sessions, driving knowledge transfer and growth.
  • Develop and refine post-sales processes for a smooth student journey, enhancing overall program effectiveness.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS) to identify areas for improvement and optimize programs.
  • Analyze data insights to inform decisions, drive accountability across teams, and enhance overall program performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to elevate the student experience, ensuring alignment and cohesion.
  • Proactively address issues (dropouts, delays) and implement solutions quickly, minimizing impact and maximizing program success.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in EdTech program management with a strong track record of solving operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex situations.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams, with a focus on results-driven delivery.
