Job Title: Marketing Engagement Director

This dynamic role will oversee the execution of our offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive student admissions. We seek a proactive and creative individual to spearhead end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of off-campus initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • The ideal candidate will identify key off-campus channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
Event Management & Execution
  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, RWA activations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Admissions, Creative/Content Teams, and Digital Marketing Team – to ensure effective alignment of offline efforts with online campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track ROI on events and off-campus channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in off-campus marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing off-campus campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Strong local network and knowledge of RWA and school ecosystems.
  • Passion for education, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Schedule & Travel:
  • Willingness to work on weekends (especially during peak admission periods).
  • Local travel required for event execution and community engagement.
