Course Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Course Director to manage and deliver our HR-related law courses. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates with a background in Law or Human Resource Management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage virtual sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions
• Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration
• Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts
• Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules
• Communicate proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes

Requirements:

• Graduate in Law or Human Resource Management (or both)
• Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners
