Job Opportunity:

The Cloud Support Team Lead will report to the Director of Cloud Support and work with various internal teams to ensure seamless support to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with senior team members to plan, organize, and execute projects and initiatives.
  • Manage meetings, document interactions, and track next steps.
  • Diligence in follow-up and follow-through is essential.
  • Create and update project plans, present them effectively.
  • Organize work to achieve positive outcomes, encourage agile work management processes.
  • Facilitate weekly and bi-weekly sprints for assigned teams, help team members prioritize workload.
  • Maintain a healthy team by empowering, motivating, and building trust.
  • Set goals for team members, present weekly progress reports.
  • Control work management processes with agility, adapt, and course correct as needed.
  • Identify improvement areas, plan, and execute improvements.
  • Summarize problems for senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and participate in status meetings and governance meetings.
  • Setup, coordinate, and manage triage sessions with customers and partners.
  • Guide teams technically, communicate proactively with customers and internal team members.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor team members, develop process knowledge bases.
  • Lead from the front, empower others to do the same.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to walk through product/project functionality.
  • Process adherence for change management activities.
  • Proactivity, follow-ups, and follow-throughs.
  • Client-facing presentation ability, independently manage client expectations.
  • Deliberate RCA discussions with clients.
  • Internal stakeholder management and updates.
  • Closely work with Product teams to align on production issues and push for timely delivery.
  • Systematic team management and proper guidance/direction.
