Organization profileOver the years Reliance Foundations initiatives have continued to evolve while remaining responsive to the ever-changing needs of society The Foundation is currently focusing on creating change in areas of Rural Transformation Health Education Women Empowerment Sports for Development Disaster Response Arts Culture Heritage and Urban Renewal To know more about Reliance Foundation visit our website www reliancefoundation orgRead our latest Annual Report on https www reliancefoundation org AnnualReport-2021-2022 v3 index htmlJob PurposeH She will be a programme development lead to help develop and incubate new programmes related to women empowerment through leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives Roles Responsibility and Outcomes KPI Develop and incubate new women empowerment initiatives that aim to catalyse women-led development through awareness creation ecosystem knowledge platforms and socio-economic transformation specifically through leadership and entrepreneurship programmes Develop and expand existing women leadership and entrepreneurship programmes working together with technical and co-implementation partners Develop and scale new programmes working together with technical and co-implementation partners aiming to make development sector leadership in India more inclusive through targeted capacity-building initiatives Work in collaboration with programme teams to provide technical support to ensure existing programmes are gender inclusive where required Work with the M E team to ensure disaggregated data and gender mainstreaming across all reporting Work with the research team on publications to share best practice and with the communications team to develop the narrative across all women empowerment programmes and initiatives EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Include Additional Certification Required if anyOTHER REQUIREMENTS Scope of Worka People Management Scope Range of no of Direct Reports b Geography Coverage Country-wide Region-wide Location-wide Other Necessary Postgraduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector Minimum 10-12 years of work experience Specific expertise in building and running leadership and or entrepreneurship capacity building projects Experience of implementing large scale development projects Thorough knowledge of the development social sector and specialist expertise in one or more areas Strong communication and influencing skills Desirable S he should be experienced in commissioning projects from third parties to meet agreed objectives Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for his her projects Team player with leadership skills Capable to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Good communication interpersonal and negotiation skills in an international environment Independent confident and customer-focused mind-set Ability to control processes and activities in a result-oriented manner and work effectively to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills in English verbally and in writing
