Software Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to oversee the development of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience with agile methodologies.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our team of engineers to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain technical strategies to improve software quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4+ years as a lead or senior developer.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
