Job Title:

Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Production Engineering and experience in implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce cost per product through advanced technology implementation.
  • Benchmark and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing standards across our setup and sub-contractors.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, digitization, and IoT-based solutions for smarter operations.
  • Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs/WIs for every process step.
  • Conduct periodic audits, calibrations, and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO & IATF standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving.
  • Optimize shop floor layouts, conduct time studies, and standardize processes.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and SCM teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (10–12 yrs exp) or Degree (8–10 yrs exp) in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering.
  • Experience in Process or Industrial Engineering within Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Engineering industry.
  • Exposure to ISO 9000 / IATF / Deming environments.
  • Hands-on experience in New Product Development.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM certification is a plus.
