Job Title: Order to Cash Process Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Order to Cash (OTC) process. The ideal candidate will possess end-to-end knowledge of OTC, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing invoices through accounts receivable systems, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Team Lead will assist in adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, generate system-based reports, and prepare and regularly update process documents. Strong analytical thinking, result orientation, and good domain expertise are essential for this role.
