Job Description – Sales Team Lead

  • Manage and lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive own sales performance while ensuring the team meets collective goals.
  • Plan and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients via telecalling, emailing, and other channels.
  • Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
  • Identify and explore new avenues for business growth.
  • Attend events & expos to generate leads and build industry connections.
  • Share new ideas to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve targets as set by the Head of Department.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate / postgraduate with minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based systems.

Designation & Remuneration:

Will be discussed based on current designation & experience.

Office Timings:

Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1 Saturday working)
