 We are seeking an accomplished Product Engineering Manager to lead and manage various hardware and software engineering projects within our organisation.   • Ensure Quality: Oversee the development of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage Projects: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Establish and maintain effective processes for product development, quality assurance, and project management.
Requirements

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
