Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end project activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee project planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
  • Design Oversight:
    • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget.
    • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Budget Management:
    • Establish and monitor project budgets.
    • Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular site inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks.
    • Develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree related to this profile.
  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or management role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
