Creative Art Director Position

Job Title: Creative Director - Art

The role of a Creative Art Director is to lead the visual and aesthetic direction across brands, driving concept development and ensuring world-class execution.

This position requires a deep understanding of design, storytelling, and cross-platform campaign thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale.
  • Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and mentorship.
  • Supervise all stages of production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals and excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
