About the Role

This position is responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage resident and NRI clients by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to ensure clients receive superior banking and wealth management services.
  • Cross-sell trade, FX, wealth, and insurance products to clients.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and financial check-ups at defined frequencies.
  • Ensure 360-degree client engagement and adherence to compliance processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, preferably an MBA or postgraduate degree in a financial discipline.
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for selling and entrepreneurial orientation.
