Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client service group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external clients, and possess a high level of attention to detail. You will work closely with our recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements, preparing and updating job descriptions and candidate briefs as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements, identifying opportunities to improve the recruitment process
- Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input, tailoring content to meet specific needs
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients, ensuring smooth logistics and follow-up
- Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation, presenting findings and insights to clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
