Account Growth Specialist

We're looking for an experienced account growth specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients and communicate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.

About the Role
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients
  • Address and resolve client complaints in a timely manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
  • Collaborate with demand generation, resource management, and finance teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and prepare customized solutions
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong data analysis skills and target-driven approach
  • Able to build rapport and handle multiple clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • Flexible work arrangements available
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
