Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  2. Coach and guide sales managers and insurance consultants to achieve their goals.
  3. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  4. Identify and execute activities to improve business performance.
  5. Recruit and coordinate with sales managers to identify high-potential candidates for insurance consultant roles.
  6. Monitor and review sales performance on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual business targets.
  • Recruitment of high-performing insurance consultants.
  • Improved sales performance.
