
Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coach and guide sales managers and insurance consultants to achieve their goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Identify and execute activities to improve business performance.
- Recruit and coordinate with sales managers to identify high-potential candidates for insurance consultant roles.
- Monitor and review sales performance on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Monthly/quarterly/annual business targets.
- Recruitment of high-performing insurance consultants.
- Improved sales performance.
