Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving business growth through sales management and ensuring the branch meets its targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and team management.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales managers and insurance consultants to meet their targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management:
    • Drive sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
    • Monitor and review sales performance on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales managers and insurance consultants to improve sales skills.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit and train high-performing sales managers and insurance consultants.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Recognize and reward top performers to motivate the team.
  • Customer Support:
    • Ensure customer complaints are addressed promptly and fairly.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
    • Implement new changes and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management and team leadership.
    • Proven track record in sales revenue growth and team development.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
