Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local market, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the life insurance industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation (Bachelors degree in any field preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in life insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to understand customer needs and pitch suitable solutions.
- Good knowledge of local geography and market.
