Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with airlines for swift air export pricing and quotations.
  • Provide competitive rates and airline options to sales teams or customers within stipulated timeframes.
  • Follow up with sales teams or customers on quotes made.
  • Assist sales teams in closing new business deals.
  • Supervise customer service and documentation teams in timely completion of shipment-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for smooth execution of air shipments.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Job closure activities with timely billing to customers.
  • Preparation of management reports as required by senior management.
