We are now seeking a passionate Export Documentation Expert to deepen our Exports team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Coordination Executive to drive and manage our nutraceuticals and dietary supplements exports. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, with hands-on experience handling online export platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Dollar Business. You will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, export documentation support, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities: Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize company profiles and product listings on IndiaMART, Alibaba, Dollar Business, and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Proactively generate and convert leads; respond to international inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
- Coordinate with clients for sample requests, pricing negotiations, MOQs, payments, and order finalization.
- Work closely with the internal logistics, quality, and production teams for order processing and documentation.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.
- Stay updated with export compliance requirements, international regulations, and emerging market trends in nutraceuticals and dietary supplements.
- Maintain sales MIS, track enquiry conversion, and report regularly on sales pipeline and closures.
- Handle post-sales coordination, including shipment follow-ups, customer feedback, and after-sales service.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and virtual exhibitions to promote products and expand the global network.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the nutraceutical, Supplements or Ayurvedic industry.

- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in any field, with a preference for life sciences or business.

- Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B export sales, preferably via IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Dollar Business platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of export processes, documentation, and INCOTERMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
- Prior experience with nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or related health product exports will be an added advantage.

Industry Knowledge:

- Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nutraceutical and Ayurvedic products, including labeling, packaging, and product registration.

- Export Documentation: Knowledge of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

- Industry Trends: Understanding of industry trends and developments in nutraceutical and Ayurvedic exports.
