Logistics Coordinator Job Overview
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating export/import documentation and logistics follow-ups for each transaction after sales coordination with customers and suppliers.
This role involves resolving queries and issues related to orders, shipments, Letters of Credit (LCs), and payment follow-ups in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will also file and maintain accurate records, prepare billing reports, handle office administration, and manage office correspondence independently.
Prior experience in shipping and transactions processes is highly desirable, especially in the chemicals industry.
In addition to these responsibilities, this role requires supporting colleagues in work and handling their tasks when absent.
Frequent reporting of activity and results to management is also an essential part of this job.
