Job Title: Area Collections Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee a team responsible for collecting receivables in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize overdue accounts, ensuring the company maintains a positive cash flow.
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment arrangements and resolutions, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Analyze delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
