Capital Markets Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Debt Funding Analyst to join our team. This role involves driving the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Drive the process of raising debt capital by developing funding strategies, negotiating loan terms, and ensuring optimal funding costs.
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structuring debt transactions, ensuring adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations, and maintaining compliance with lending frameworks.
- Developing funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management, working closely with other teams to assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- A strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is a must.
