Investment Banking Associate

We provide SaaS managed services to help structure fundraising rounds, valuations, and investor collateral like pitch decks, financial models, projections, business plans, teasers, etc. Our global network of investors includes Angels, HNIs, Family offices, Venture capital, Private Equity, Hedge funds, Funds of funds, Banks, LPs, and more.

Our solution helps founders and entrepreneurs focus on their core business while we build a pipeline of investors for clients' raise at a fraction of the cost.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure the success of customers using our services.
  • Create deal documents like pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Advising and consulting clients by structuring funding rounds in light of market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • Deliver quality services to the client.
  • Manage multiple deals together and adhere to strict deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is an advantage.
  • Work as a remote team member, allowing you to work from anywhere.
  • Own a laptop and have a good internet connection.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is required.
  • A comprehensive training session will be provided once you join.
