
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sponsorship sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for live events.
Your primary goal will be to identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that sponsorship deliverables are met, and drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales.
You will also be responsible for crafting compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning, leading negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
- Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for live events.
- Sponsor Identification: Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
- 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
- Strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
