City Management Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled City Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and strategy development.

  • Develop Acquisition Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for acquiring merchants and retailers from various segments.
  • Sourcing New Leads: Identify and pursue new leads, generating and closing new acquisitions and activations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of direct sales people, providing coaching and mentorship to improve their skills and performance.
  • Promotional Strategies: Plan and implement promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel across the city to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Competencies:

  • Relevant Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industry.
  • Sales Principles and Practices: Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, with ability to coach others.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Strong leadership and team building skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel across the city
