The Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key part in securing high-value contracts by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, benefits, and creative capabilities.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Implement AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Experience with procurement portals.
